The McDonald's Big Mac is possibly my favorite fast food "dish" as well as burger. Four Canadian chefs decided to remix the Big Mac for the magazine and website, The Grid.
The dishes had to include all the elements of the combo: burger, fries, coke and condiments. The only rule was no extra ingredients allowed.
Seems interesting BUT you just can't mess with the Big Mac, it's PERFECT!!
